1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty
Your Inzoli 4D Mask is protected by a 1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty starting from the date of delivery. If your device experiences a manufacturing defect, we will issue a complete replacement at no additional cost to you.
What is covered?
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal at-home use, including:
- FPT™ Laser and LED diode malfunctions
- Internal battery and charging system defects
- Smart voice control system failures
What is not covered?
- Damage caused by drops, misuse, or improper care
- Water damage (the mask is an electronic device and is not waterproof)
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Devices purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers

We are confident in the transformative power of our targeted laser wavelengths. If you are not completely satisfied with your Inzoli mask, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Note: Because cellular regeneration and collagen production take time, we highly recommend using the mask for 10 minutes daily for at least 14 to 21 days to see visible improvements before initiating a return.
